Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy is an illustrative draft, not a binding legal document. It is written in plain language to show how Fonte intends to treat your data. Obtain qualified legal and privacy advice for your jurisdiction before relying on it.

1 What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. To run the service, we may handle:

  • Wallet address. Your public, on-chain wallet address, so we can display your portfolio and apply management strategies. This is public information by nature.
  • Email address, if you provide one. Only when you choose to give it, for support replies, important notices, or updates you opt into.
  • Usage data. Basic, aggregated information about how the app is used, such as page views and feature interactions, to keep the product working and improve it.

That is the extent of it. We do not ask for more than the service needs.

2 What we do not collect

We never hold your funds or private keys.

Fonte is non-custodial. Your assets stay in a wallet only you control, and your private keys never reach us. We physically cannot access, move, or recover them.

We also do not collect or store sensitive personal identifiers beyond what is described above, we do not buy personal data about you from third parties, and we do not build advertising profiles.

3 How we use it

We use the limited information we hold to:

  • Display your portfolio, balances, yield, and fees accurately.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Respond to your support requests and, if you opted in, send you relevant updates.
  • Keep the service secure and detect or prevent abuse.
  • Meet legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not use your data to make decisions that affect you without a human involved, beyond the routine, transparent portfolio management you have asked us to perform.

4 Sharing

We do not sell your data. Full stop. We do not rent or trade it either.

We share information only when strictly necessary: with service providers who help us run the product, such as hosting or analytics, under confidentiality obligations, and only the minimum needed; or where required by law. On-chain transactions are, by the nature of public blockchains, visible to anyone, which is outside our control.

5 Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the app working, remember basic preferences, and understand usage in aggregate. We favor privacy-respecting analytics and avoid intrusive cross-site tracking.

You can control or block cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the app may not work as smoothly if essential cookies are disabled.

6 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of it. You can also opt out of any optional emails at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, just email us. We will respond within a reasonable time and never charge you for a routine request.

7 Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. Because Fonte is non-custodial, the most sensitive thing, your funds and keys, never sits with us in the first place, which removes an entire category of risk.

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit what we hold to the minimum.

8 Contact
